hilarious entourage moment

Nope, didn't have time to get to that The Office poster. But I did apply to LA internships, and heard back from one within 10 minutes. VERY exciting stuff, but I'm not giving any specifics until January when I'm out there in LA.

And Bryan and I finally got our hands on Entourage Season 3, Part 2, Disc 1. That is, after first getting Entourage Season 3, Part 2, Disc 2 inside the case of Part 2 Disc 1. Nice job, Blockbuster.

I just wanted to share this hilarious moment from Episode 5 (yes, we watched five episodes in one day... don't tell me you've never done that with any show) featuring our favorite agent, Ari Gold.

Jeremy Piven = awesome.

the writer's strike has moved online

According to Google Analytics (the best Google feature ever), people are actually reading my blog. Sweeeet. So I guess I should keep writing, since there's only one entry. I also have to figure out how to do the RSS thing. I really ought to know this by now, as I work at a social networking site.

So it turns out this video I found a couple weeks ago has been pretty big:

I think it's really interesting that the writers are reaching out to the public online. Web 2.0 is getting HUGE. They're on facebook, myspace, youtube... you know, it's like the writers are using the strike to increase their fanbase.

At least some shows are creating entertainment outlets online. If I had more free time, I'd totally join this website from the creaters of The Office Dunder Mifflin Infinity, the online division of Dunder Mifflin, Inc. Paper Company. This site is apparently a spin-off an episode I haven't seen yet that aired earlier this fall. It allows users to apply to a branch at the paper company to earn "SchruteBucks," which are redeemable for The Office-themed products. There are weekly tasks to complete, and if you are successful, you move up in rank in the company. This week's assignment is to design a motivational poster using their photos. Um, ok, forget not having free time, I HAVE to do that one.

No... must apply to internships...

I finished my website!

... well, mostly. It's a work-in-progress, but I've finished enough of it to put it out there. And I'm already #1 if you google my name, ahead of that artist that had me beat for a while. And that's even without quotes. Check it out: http://www.dianafreedman.com

So now I'm all set to apply to some internship positions in LA. I'll keep the specifics hush-hush until I secure the internships, in case there's lurking competition out there. The BU in LA program requires that we have two internships when we're out there, which is a bit scary considering the WGA strike that's going on. Thousands of people are losing their jobs, and I need to get two. Sigh.
